FYI, there's a 30-day restriction-free, hiss-free trial you can use to evaluate the software. Hope that helps, Dave
Questions :
Biotek : no next previous button for presets ? how many presets ? nice concept ...
Waverazor : great concept , poorly intefaced imho , not many presets , but the sounddesign side of the wave form by selecting segments via those clicks ect sisn't inviting funny at first but unless it's done in the pre production stage , we spend to much time in stuff that could be real quick like colored segments on wave form , select via mouse , change the form ect
I see some exellent concepts but like not finished , polished , like you guyz just finsh some and your mind already on the next thing (i know this feeling)
Thks for exetending the promo , will share the info

WaveRazor isn't a Tracktion product, but is sold in the T marketplace by its authors.Jeezo wrote:Questions :

I don't think you need a discount code for the 50% off. It's just there when you click the Buy Now from the homepage.

Waveform is currently $49.50, you want another $50 off that too?Jeezo wrote:it's an extra 50 for cakewalk switcher , witch i'm a part off ...
So they'd pay you 50 cents to migrate to Waveform?

Chico , we re a bunch of having beneficiated from this great offer (50% offwaveform bundles ) , and no i m not planning on using waveform as a primary daw at the actual state of things , ( waiting for simple stuff like sends aux with pdc ,multi routing simplified , screensets ,ect to get implemented)
Waveform is a prepoduction heaven imho , but i would not make post in it at that state , i wanted to go ultimate to get the fx plugins and biotek and for being able to train and master waveform as i did for other daws....
The price is exellent at this actual sate but few dayz ago we had a great vaucher tha many used ... so must i justify myself for wanting to be part of the party ?
Do i need traktion stuff now ? Nope ...
Can i justify 100 for stuff i don t specially need ? After all the money i spent this december , the answer is no .
Can i spend 50 for fun stuff i don' t need and support futur dev : yes ...
If waveform was all what i needed to be , i would spend 1000 $ , period !!!
Until i développ my own daw lol ( need to open my old course on c++ back then when i had my master degre in computing) i will have to simply prioritise ... in fact i m even ready to invest money if some daw maker are ready to go deep ... i gave consulting advise to a lot of stuff. You guyz are using now , i ain t gonna say brands ... it was a pleasure , and it s fun to use stuff now that were just ideas years ago , from plugin racks to hardware , built in daw channels ect ... i m not saying this by self over estime at all , just to picture the type of stupid man i am .. i always think without bounderies ....and why i say that ? I m seeing in this daw some crazy dna , not necessaraly well exploited , thus might be just economic constraint and human ressources , or lack of time , or lack of clear vision , i don t know ...
I remember i suggested to some daw makers including cakewalk years ago , a dedicated " touchscreen " mode , another graphical engine state implementation , with zoom sliders instead of knods'ect ...traktion waveform is basically exellent for touchscreen mode and not far from what i was thinking of at that time , bitwig also get my interest in this area , i m really working on some other ways to interact with music and softwares ,this is clearly the next decades challenge ...that why traktion gets my interest , i smell similary minded people behind this ...free guyz ... and super talented unlike myself ...
Sorry for the long post guyz , and sorry if it bothers some ....

I got the ultimate pack, they honored the sale after the purchase. Waveform is solving some problems I have with Reason and the integration is tight. It is rapidly taking over as my primary DAW.

Biotek : is there a way to choose the sample and instruments install path ? if not can we move them after and re allocate the data folder from the software ?
