use them quite regularly, never had a problem, always using next day delivery on items marked "in stock"
did you order something "available to order"? in which case its in the manufacturers hands to supply them.

Alright so here is my case.
My first order was a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC202HD USB Audio Interface ordered on 20th November 2017 ( Order no W2199923 ) with shipping date given near 30th November. On 27th November i received an email telling me the shipping date has been delayed to 13th December with which i was ok. Came December and i received a 2nd email telling me that the shipping date has been stretched now to 2nd February 2018, A whole 50 more days and total delay close to near 70 days. I instantly cancelled my order. Its been 32 days and that money is still stuck in the pipeline and will be released on 19th January.
Now come my 2nd order (order no W2318881) which is the Behringer U-PHORIA UMC204HD USB Audio Interface this time. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and asked them about the Behringer 204's availability before i could order so that i dont get the delays this time. I sent the email on 18th December inquiring about the availability of the Behringer 204. On 19th December i got the reply that the product is available and ready to ship. I instantly ordered on the same day ( 19th December). Now comes the 2nd waves of delays. Got my first order delay message on my order no W2318881 on 27th December saying order has been delayed by 1 week. Then got my 2nd order delay message saying order has been further delayed to 10 January and 3 days ago got my 3rd order delay message saying order has been even further delayed to 26 January.
THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE FOR A CUSTOMER. SUCH SERVICES SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP. i CANT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH FRUSTRATED I AM NOW.

Sounds like the problem is with Behringer and given demand over Christmas isn’t surprising.Ammeo wrote:Alright so here is my case.

it could be that they drop ship from Behringer and the issue is not on their end, it seems that many others have reported good experiences with them. I am a mod here, I also can understand your frustration but I am going to ask you to change the thread title to something a little less aggressive as I dont think a "warning" like you wrote is in order. Perhaps pose it as a question if others have had issues, thank you.Ammeo wrote:Alright so here is my case.

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Absolutely. Nothing a supplier can do if the manufacturer has no stock to deliver.Mushy Mushy wrote:Sounds like the problem is with Behringer and given demand over Christmas isn’t surprising.
For sure it can be frustrating.
To the OP... your rant would not put me off using them ...
I have never been in a position to need anything immediately anyway! (It's called planning and if I have a failure, there has always been a temporary fall back plan

That would be far more constructive as well )))

My frustration also comes from the fact that they told me beforehand that the item is available and ready to be shipped. I live in Asia so it had to take 10 days for the item to come via DHL.toonertik wrote:Absolutely. I had ordered on 19th December, the same day they assured me that the item is available to ship. They blatantly lied about the product's availability which is the part that angered me the most. Why lie when you dont have the product in stock in first place.

Where's your proof that they deliberately lied? How do you know they werent giving you information they believed to be accurate?Ammeo wrote:My frustration also comes from the fact that they told me beforehand that the item is available and ready to be shipped. Maybe your problem is living in Asia. I remember a Lebanese friend telling me that most Western companies have kind of divided the world into a hierarchy. Customers from less important regions get inferior products and services, whereas the US and European customers get the best stuff and preferential treatment.

I just bought from them once but never had any problems. Would buy from them again, but what you describe would infuriate anyone. I don't want to sound too laid back about it - but I'm trying to not feeling upset about these things. I order quite a lot of stuff from places and every now and then something stupid or unforeseen happens.Ammeo wrote:Alright so here is my case.

Last time was just around Christmas when I had a desk coming in from the US to be delivered by TNT. The tracking number said it was going to be delivered on Monday. It didn't. And the tracking info didn't update. I called TNT and they kindly told me they couldn't tell me when it would arrive... I stayed at home anxiously watching every car passing by until Thursday when I decided to eff it, I'm going to the office. Within 30 minutes of arriving to the office I got notified the package was on its way to my home... so damn typical...
