So I spent a bit of time racking my head as to where the gain is set in TurboEQ when you click the AGC 'set' button. In every other Melda plugin it is clearly setting an output gain knob, but I have no idea what this 'set' button is doing in TurboEQ. Does it do anything? If it is doing something, there should be some visibility for it (either a knob or just some text). If not, I'd suggest removing it.

From what I see in MXXX and other plugins, "Set" learns for a little bit then changes the output gain, and that's it.
AGC on the other hand is continuous.
