You know, in any other business, Apple's move wouldn't have surprised me at all. For audio software, it just surprises me that Apple seemed to deem such a move necessary, to make Logic more attractive. I wouldn't have thought that pays off. But, maybe Apple did it anyway, even if it doesn't pay off, to have a strong onboard content available, as a selling point.

I recently learned that Apple is not only the company with the most cash, BTW, but, also the company with one of the highest debt amount. Sounds illogical, right? Well, not considering that such companies always need a lot of investment money.

My two cents, Apple is no better than Microsoft; their alter-egos of each other and they've had their way with us for too long. If Apple (or some other monster) bought U-he, then I guess we deserve it. Have a great day!

I can almost certainly report that a petition is... wait for it... fruitless. Because it already happened the other way round.
