It´s a no brainer for 99 EUR. Remember, you get a lifetime free updates and the effects matrix alone in MSF is just insane! MSF is just starting the journey here and it already can do so much.

Bazille and MSF are different synths. Different characters. And different set of features. It's like comparing apples and oranges, IMHO. Comparing them is neither fair for Bazille nor MSF. I use both and I can't tell you. Telling you would also be unfair.
I'd say look at what you plan to need in the near/middle term. You can also get the sized down Bazille, Beatzille, for free. Beatzille is very much like Bazille but has only two oscillators. Considering this, and without favouring one or the other, I'd say get MSF for 99€ while it's a more-than-fair price and get the free Beatzille for now.
Some time ago, in agreement with u-he, I have made an archive of all OS versions of Beatzille. The license allows for doing that. PM me for the link.

Bazille is a wonderful semi-modular synth with a rich character of its own. It´s a modern version of an analog (semi) modular system with a touch of digital. It does AM and PD (and much more) and every OSC or LFO can be used as a sound-source and a modulator. It has several more modulators but all in all it´s a closed and somehow limited system. But it has a huge variety and is versatile enough to do great sound-design. I love this thing especially for it´s character.
MSF is a open world sandbox system with literally no end in sight. Come on, it has a module in it which does 8 OP FM! And this is just one of the many sound generators it has and you can use as many you like. The OSC and LFO-structure is the most versatile I know of yet. You can design everything here plus use transformation-shapes on top...which also can be modulated. Beside that, every single parameter in MSF can be modulated. As a special plus above that all, you can build ANY effect-machine you ever can imagine in the effects matrix.
