If you select the plugin and make sure the Control Panel is in the larger "Useful Mode" can see if its the VST or VST3 version.

If you're using the Browser to drag VSTs into your edit, the icons are subtly different for VST and VST3.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

That shows you VST3 vs VST2 (which is simply labeled as VST in Waveform and many other DAWs).

As to 64-bit vs. 32-bit, you are using 64-bit plugins if you are using a 64-bit DAW and 32-bit plugins if you are using a 32-bit DAW: in the vast majority of cases they must match or will not work at all.

In the Settings tab -> Plugins there is a collumn labeled Format. It shows whether the plugin is VST or VST3. Also notice the icon at the beginning of each row: VST's have one pin, VST3 have 3 pins (forming stylised numer 3) on the icon. This icon also appears next to the plugin thumbnail in the Graphical Plugin Selector in the Project Window, so you can check it there too.
