MSpectralDynamics has even more.vitocorleone123 wrote: Sat Apr 08, 2023 3:41 pmDSEQ3 is a more flexible tool, and so has more controls. If you don't need or want that flexibility, and have plenty to spend, then Soothe2 remains viable.2:43AM wrote: Sat Apr 08, 2023 4:46 amSo what did you end up going with?
I ask because I frequently find myself revisiting the predicament (Pro-MB vs. existing O5/O6 MB dynamics) over and over again...with about 1-2 years in between each bout of waffling!
Soothe 2 seems really useful...and easy. DSEQ3 seems good too, though it has a super-busy interface, and I can't demo it now because their website is down for maintenance until 4/12. Must be waxing the floors.
Side note: I have no idea if this factors into TBProAudio's web closure, but it's also Passover. There's some other stores, like BH Photovideo that are also closed (though at bhphotovideo you can still browse, just not fulfill any orders).
But you don’t always want more controls, esp when you need to do shit fast
