Hmm... if I ever figure out what tarnce is (I'm terrible with genres) I think I'll have to make a tarnce song with a screaming sax lead!

yeah I love it too, no problem to say that it's
at another level than my original LeSax GUI,
BTW anyway I collaborate in the choice of SaxLab GUI too, but the graphics are really the work of a professional,

EVE GUI is still nice though, no?, <grin>

Yes very nice synergy Luisi!

Can't wait!

of course :D

Any chance of adding brass sound sets like Trumpet & Trombone to the Saxlab as well? I wouldn't think it would be that much more difficult than adding another wind set. It sure would make creating realistic brass sections much easier.

yes,

if you do that, I won't sell tubile (which I'm selling at the moment), because I play sax and don't need it, but whole brass section would be great.

i love , and have made major use of , LeSax ...

will SaxLab incorporate all new samples ?...

i have always found it difficult to play a sustained note , due to the beating caused by inaccurate loop points in most of the samples found in LeSax ...

been my only complaint , really ...
looking forward to your release ... :D

hi normal,

yes most samples are new and sampled per note,

one Alto set, one Tenor and the Flute, all from LeSax
have been relooped

Am really looking forward to my Saxlab upgrade to TubiLeSax.

The longer I own TB the more I use it.

I can't say how close it is to "sax", but it's a very expressive instrument to play, which says it all really.

A bit of freewheeling sax sound sounds great over clinical synth sounds ... and it doesn't depend on jerking off the filter to get some sonic interest.

One of the best $30 I've spent.

The only thing I'll miss when I get SaxLab is the cool leSax skin.

Will SaxLab be skinnable?

Well, I played around with the demo to TubiLeSax and to be quite honest I was quite impressed. On thing is that it seemed 'too' suited to slow passages. I was wondering if this newest incarnation could be used in a dirtier faster jazz song. I love dirty jazz and the sound of the TubiLeSax is too clean and slow. It is wonderful for what it is, don't get me wrong (I'm still debating on picking it up), but I like my jazz dirty.
