Switching tracks while recording for live-looping in Waveform 11

how do you select a specific track or really select any of the tracks with macros so i can cursor up and down to select tracks. I always get stuck somewhere on the screen and it won't let me go back to the tracks without using the mouse to select it. I don't like using a mouse.
