No, the frequency is set by your vocal chords, that doesnt change. But the resonances of your voice are changed because of the helium in your throat; its less dense, so the higher harmonics are more pronounced.

Can you practise/learn to use more head voice/falsetto? This could allow you to reach a little higher.

And are you doing much, if any, vocal warm ups before recording? That can also extend vocal range.
