I had the same issue on Windows, and resetting the Low Latency Settings resolved the issue for me as well.

I think I've tracked down the issue. There is an offset if Waveform is launched at a sample rate other than 44100 until the audio device is reset. So if you launch at 48000, toggle to 44100 and then back to 48000 it will work. Or reset latency settings will fix it to since it resets the audio device. Just trying to track down where it is getting initialized incorrectly and then will get a new build out.

Hi, I was having the same problem (only upgraded to W12 a few days ago), and Kott suggested this thread.

The beta has indeed immediately fixed the problem for me. I record at 48khz
