Yes, that used to be the case. It was discontinued after version 12.5.3. Now, an internet connection is required for installations and is also required at certain intervals.

That is a killer feature in a different sense… Unfortunately Friktion is keeping me there… I only use the plugin version anyway. I have no interest in the DAW…
