Is anyone else having issues with settings preset stickiness? There doesn't seem to be a concept of instance settings. Loading a brand new instance loads preset1 settings without asking. Changing settings saves to preset1 settings without asking. This changes the settings of previous instances of the plugin.
I can't tell if it's me doing something wrong, a bug, or a design decision that's... definitely not a choice I am on board with.

Surely there must be consensus by now...

After some more testing I think it's not as bad as I thought. There are only 8 presets, any plugin instance must be associated with one of the presets, and any changes made to a setting will automatically save to the associated preset. However, the "active preset" is a universal thing, not per-instance.
Weird things happen to the presets, but it looks like the actual instance settings don't go funky.
On a positive note, it's being updated a fair amount and the latest version (2) gives you the ability to drag MIDI from the plugin to your DAW. I wish Amigo had that feature.
I might just ignore the presets. They're chaos.

it also keeps randomising parameters while inactive.
So i can save a project then immediately try to exit the project and the project asks to save again. This causes problems on a big project. I just spent a long time trying to remove it from a big project without crashing.
Honeymoon is over for me until it's more stable.

also stealing the space bar in Cubase, that's a big no-no
when the stretch rate goes under 9.38 Hz it doesn't work any more
i know i should email dev, will soon.
GUI needs to be resizable, currently difficult to nail slice points.
is fun though, like jamming with Hammerhead, for those of us old enough to remember
what was the other one? it had the amen break and funky drummer built in... late nineties ?

Mouse scroll wheel zooms into the waveform display. At least it does on Windows.sqigls wrote: Sun Dec 21, 2025 11:52 am GUI needs to be resizable, currently difficult to nail slice points.

awesome thanks!
it's a bit cumbersome, but it's handy.
would be good to be able to move the view sideways instead of needing to zoom right out then zoom to the next one.

hi! dev here! (this is a one-person project, btw, so its I also do all the support, website, etc etc etc))I'm gathering up the sticking points and adding them to my backlog (preset stickiness, stealing space key)
I'm terrible with forums, please do reach out to me if you have questions / more ideas / more bugs: zack@infinitedigits.co (mailto:zack@infinitedigits.co) I'll get back to you really fast. esp w/r/t the noise issue, I've heard about it from a few people but have been unable to replicate it. I know it happens in bitwig at the start, but please let me know (by email) which daw/how you get that noise.
happy holidays all!
