My own wishes would be for physically modelled ,realistic sounding acoustic drums and cymbals.

I really do believe that sooner or later it will happen in software.
Please ,please please make it sooner.

Of course, physical modeling for drums has been done in hardware -- the Roland V-drums, as well as the Korg Wavedrum. I'd like to see it done as a VSTi!

Maybe Scott, you should get the Tassman 2 DXi stable and working properly (ie responding to recorded pitchbend, not crashing when you change presets et.c et.c.) for existing owners (ie of Sonar XL) before you start considering yet another product, Scott.
Especially since your attitude seems to be 'oh well the upgrade you'll have to pay for will sort that out, but we don't know when that'll be because we decided to launch a new product and port to the Mac simultaneously'
