THERE IS A WAY (in the FREE version too). It's simple as dragging the particular tab out of the window. I'll explain from scratch (so anybody would understand);
Let's consider an example of creating a second window for just the mixer.
Given that you are working on a single window so far,
1. Click the 'eye' icon at the top right :- 2. From the pop-up appeared, enable mixer view as follows :- Now you should see the mixer region appeared.
3. Now, click this icon at the right of the mixer region :- Now the mixer would appear in a separate tab (not yet a window) like this :- 4. Now, CLICK 'N' DRAG THAT TAB OUT OF THE WINDOW! This will cause ANOTHER window to appear with just the mixer, and you can put that window to your second screen.
