if you import mono audio it stays mono

ok cool..see with Sonar..it would record in stereo even when i sent one input into it..i see here that unless you check "treat as a stereo pair" you are ok.

as for the guitars..they sounded muddy in my car, it could have been other reasons besides mono/stereo, but I am just checking to make sure. it sounds like tracktion just made it way easier to record in mono..instead of having to jump through hoops like other programs..I am not used to such simplicity!

oh yeah..i bought it and use it as my main sequencer now..hence my 1 noob question per day!
