Eric Johnson... that man would re-record a song from scratch if he found out a new techie had put a fresh battery into a Tube Screamer instead of half-draining it first.

It's a shame he's such a perfectionist, though... his obsessive-compulsive attention to the smallest details really detract from an otherwise shining talent. Ah Via Musicom is almost unlistenable because it's been homogenized.
