it looks and sounds like the same one as i was using (big it up) but it's saved differently in the xml file. unfortunately i'm experiancing the same effect with it as i did before.

I have had the same problems. The presets are saved for the Final Mix and the Compressors but doesn't show the preset names. Unfornatly this seems to have spilled over to other vst's.
On another some what related topic. The Mackie compressor cannot be heard untill final rendering. Although this has only happen on one project.

Yes it is, a little anoying but I use trackpad to record my settings. The only thing is it has done it to my other plugins as well. I don't recall it doing that in T1 but I could be wrong.ttoz wrote:ksky, Beno has explained that the preste names NOT being saved is normal behaviour. is it saving the settings for you though?

I use it for both "just in case I lose everything and to remember settings". I even score my guitar progressions in track also.ttoz wrote:are you saying you use trackpad "just in case", or you HAVE to use it to remember your settings?

well it forgets every time here... it doesn't seem to be reverting back to the orginal preset though, it just seems to be either bypassing the effect or bringing the volume down a lot. also, what does the dimmer line on the graph signify? (see pics above)

Can you confirm what version of the plug you are using (Menu>About). Also, does it only happen with that "Big it up" preset or all presets?

The changes had to do with presets and delay compensation while inactive (using the plug-in GUI) among other things. I'll bet there is something strange with the big it up preset. Let me give that one a try to see if I can reproduce (I missed your last post and I kind of forgot about this bug, sorry).

Judging from the images you uploaded, it appears that you are still using the older presets, not the ones associated with the bug fix. I believe in the new presets, there is no longer a preset called "1,2 gone", the top factory preset (and the one that shows in the list upon opening) should now be "acuma".
