Don't worry, I'm confident that we can add a new feature or two with out turning it into bloatware.

I like the idea of more tabs as well. Maybe a Mix tab ?
If you have requests for Korg VST features or changes, they are listening at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Who's the writer? Just curious if it's someone well known like Martin Walker at SoS.headquest wrote:More balanced, too (as one would expect)![]()
Also there's a T2 tutorial article in the new issue of Music Tech mag, written by one of their regular writers who has apparently abandoned his previous DAW in favour of Tracktion

Well said, Jens, and I totally agreejens wrote:rpc9943 wrote:have any of you possibly thought that maybe mackie didn't pay as much as logic dev's did?....

RonCjust because they don't share your fanboism and are able to express valid critizism it doesn't mean that they're dishonest - quite the contrary I believe!
I don't recall seeing much in the way of Apple advertising in Sound on Sound, but Mackie pay for loads of adverts in it every month.
So if Paul White and his team were as dishonest as Ron seems to imply, they should have given T2 (and the X200 mixer) a top review.
And IIRS - this puts Sound on Sound UP in my estimation (even if they did include a minor misprint which said 32 instead of 16 bit

Hmm. Thanks B. I know he's been around for a while. Wonder what he used before T2?bastien wrote:Paul Sellars.Improv wrote:Who's the writer? Just curious if it's someone well known like Martin Walker at SoS.

Erm no - talking at cross purposes guys...
Paul wrote the SOS review of T2.
The MTM tutorial is by JoE Silva, and american radio broadcaster, etc.

Don't have a go at SOS just because they report faults. I love Tracktion but I wouldn't pretend that it is perfect, and I dare say neither would Jules. To be honest, I would trust a review more that didn't shy away from negative points. Besides, the overall tone so far is postive.

I'm *generally* happy with the quality of SoS reviews. I've found a couple of times that devices had serious limitations not discussed in a SoS review, but by and large SoS reviews are one of the few I would trust sight unseen.
