For bass and more, have a listen to the demos: http://www.beladmedia.com/studiob.htm

Also, the GigaStudio 3 version is on sale for $149 right now. No activations, C/R, dongles or anything like that, plus full access to the raw wav files for you to have fun with - should you wish too.

Demos here: http://www.beladmedia.com/sb-demos.htm (the grey text under the picture - those are the links).

I've checked Manytone's site and see no mention of these mappings. Of course you could let us see them, AKJ.

well, I offered it to Paul from Manytone to sell it in addition to the formats available. So making it now, before getting an answer from Manytone, available as a download would be not fair. I did this since a) it's better if it's offered by Manytone directly and b) I was putting quite some work in the programming and I thought, maybe, Manytone could somehow agree on a deal like for doing this work I would get the soundset for free (ie return the money to me). However, if Manytone themselves is not interested, I will make the programming publicly available or free (of course, I will not include any samples in the download in this case)

Another vote for the UBK.

Well, UBK sounds nice, but lack of key switching is definitely a limitation.

Maybe one of our sampling experts could take the UBK wusiksound files and export them to Kontakt 2 or Halion 3 and do some more work on them.
I think it has some split mappings (one style on left hand and another on right) I tried this with the manystation basses with good results

Thanks for the response. I fully understand and hope Paul gets back to you. My guess is he would prefer to sell his player with the UBK. Selling mappings for VSampler would be like helping out the compitition, wouldn't it?

BTW, if you do decide to make the mappings available, I'd be willing to kick in something. I know the amount of work that goes into these things.

Thanks
