Official Clicking/Crackling/Dropouts with 2.0.1.13

ADDENDUM FOR BENO - posting here instead of creating new thread, feel free to edit.
Ok guys, I have been through what you'd call intensive testing tonight.
I finally ended up with no flaws in reading/recording when I unsintalled 2.0.1.13, rebooted and reinstalled it, then moved my temp folder to another hard drive, leaving the ASIO panel of the soundcard at 10ms, but fixing it in T2 in either 50ms (4000samples) or 2ms (128samples) (!). Only those values worked.
I opened several edits, used Emulator X... everything went fine, even FM - I even rebooted and ran another project with success. Yet, as I had uninstalled T2, it was demo mode, so I downloaded my key file to get rid of the "hiss" and... it all started again to crackle and pop.
I did the same again - uninstalled, reboot, reinstall, check -ok - then authorize...Blang, here we go again into pops&fizz world.
I do not know what is causing this at all, but it is clearly the unlocking of T2 here that causes the noise in the output.
Can someone else check with his config?
