ive been busy recording tracks for an upcoming shred guitar virtuoso. were now finished with this series of sessions and i have been told that i have two days to mix a pre master 
and i have been moving this week and unpacking as well...
i too live with my girlfriend,and yes... the benefits are many.
i finally got a new laptop kwyboard,the third one for this machine... i like to eat and drink while i work,what can i say?
havent been using tracktion. ive been using cubase for this client. i figure ill go ahead and upgrade my t1 to t2 after this job and start the exodus at that point, because i have no other "band" clients lined up for the summer. everything else is small work. and im still working at the guitar shop. so.. i've been reading and visiting the forums, but not doing any posting lately.
