Our Memory is an early LAMM (according to Rudi Linhard most likely the first one that was upgraded by Bob himself). Hans Zimmer sold it to me for a dollar under the condition that I'll never emulate it. It serves as an example for "not a Minimoog". In direct comparison it lacks, well, a lot on the smooth side, while the resonance is a bit screechy. It may just be that one we have though... I still need to drive it straight across the country to have it serviced (Rudi does not accept posted goods, he prefers them brought by car)
That said, I think you'll be happy with Diva's, uhm, giantessness (can't say "balls" here, can I?)
