I am on funtoo right now. I can build it for you, if you like.

Here's what I did:

cd ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES
wget -c http://downloads.bitwig.com/bitwig-stud ... 8-RC-1.deb
mv bitwig-studio-1.1.8-RC-1.deb bitwig-studio-1.1.8rc1.deb

build with this spec: http://downloads.woralelandia.com/fedor ... tudio.spec

Hey Beerhunter,

Hmmm... I should've hit the same error. Let me try and rebuild it. I sent an email to the Bitwig guys; asking them not to break it by putting things in non-standard places. Maybe they changed it.

I'll check it and see what happened.

No, no way. It has nothing to do with Gnome or Fedora 21. It has to do with the RPM itself. It's the packaging. Building 1.8 at the moment to see if I hit the error.

Bitwig attended to my call; at least partially, and renamed some files for better compatibility with Linux. They forgot one. This might happen again in the next release, since I asked again.
