Maybe some of you could try to use fxp programs instead of the built-in system?
On OSX/Live 9.

Yup, using Reaper (Windows 32-bit) , and TuneFish 4.1.0 Beta4, I stay on INIT0, then use the Reaper patch saving/reloading system using .fxp, and so far it works fine soundwise, but doesn't show the actual saved parameters (nada, nothing). To get the parameters to show, I then use the RichardSemper trick of clicking NEXT and PREV, and it magically fills in all the text and param values.bh9090 wrote:Yes, what has worked for me was using fxp programs and always having it on INIT 0.J.Ruegg wrote:Well, I don't have any problems with loading presets

I have been messing around with the first version that was available at the start of the contest, before the fixes started. After having the saving/recalling problems like everyone else, I started using the Reaper system exclusively. I don't get this problem where you have to click back/next to have parameter amounts restored. I've been using my own presets for starting new patches, but have accidentally mousewheeled into the included presets (using the box in the top of the FX chain window) without any apparent lasting problem. Maybe it has to do with something included in the fixes? I have not started a large multi instance project yet. The synth seems light on cpu and undo works good with parameter changes and fx assigments. 64 bit Reaper on Windows 7.doctorbob wrote:Yup, using Reaper (Windows 32-bit) , and TuneFish 4.1.0 Beta4, I stay on INIT0, then use the Reaper patch saving/reloading system using .fxp, and so far it works fine soundwise, but doesn't show the actual saved parameters (nada, nothing). Hope this helps someone. I guess it may be a small entry this month

No way! Modulate the synth parameters by whatever means your DAW allows! (Ahem, Bitwig is king of this)_A_O_ wrote:Is [insert DAW here] parameter modulation system forbidden?
