Tunefish 4 was developed as a smaller replacement of Tunefish 3 with roughly the same power, it is however not compatible and uses different synthesis algorithms. It was developed for the 64k intro "Turtles all the way down" by demoscene group Brain Control and is available as VST/AU.
Features:
You will never know what hit you with this (not so) tiny monstrosity.
Totally unexpected huge sound and grrrreat capabilities.
And to think that it came from nowhere...
thank you for this powerful synthesizer, impressive sound and linux version thank you very much ....
How do I load tunefish presets into the plugin? I'm using abelton live.
copy the preset folder, 'f4programs', into the root of where you copied the vst/au itself ---> /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins.
Yes... presets presets presets.
Just downloaded and it works so far OK in my DAW (MOTU Digital Performer). Though most of it is self explanatory, a (short) manual would be welcome.
This is huge.
done.
apparently, the update for the mac OS is gone.
Hi! Anyone got any warm pads for Tunefish? I'm hopeless at programming and can't make any that sound halfway decent, sorry. Just soft, warm, background pad sounds?
This IS a good synth, it's just the pratt this side of the keyboard(!) can't program any synth to save his existence.
Yours hopefully.
Chris.
