This sounds maybe a tad cleaner than what im used to hear from my virus but still extremely good. If my host is able to run your plugin you will have my money at the day one.adamtrance wrote:After many bugfixes I am making progress again, I started making sounds for it now as well. While you guys wait, here is a new video showing some Psytrance sounds I made. Everything is from Viper.
Enjoy!

Any chance for this in the future?recursive one wrote:Reposting this very important info from the G-Sonique synth thread.
Adam, please take note!SampleScience wrote:Just got a reply from jBridge developer, he actually offers the services of creating a custom bridge for 32 bit plugins so I guess that's what G-Sonique did there. There's a fee per plugin that is moderate, it's not NI Kontakt player fee but it's not cheap either.
So if there's anyone out there who wants their SE/Flowstone creation with a custom made bridge, contact jBridge dev and make it happens!

Yes I plan to contact him to make a 64 bit bridged version. Although I dont know how much it will cost, and if I have to pay him again if I do any updates, and how much work it will be for him, so thats why I want to make sure that the version 1.0 of the synth is as bug free as possible since I wont have the possibility to make small incremental updates, just big ones with major features.Examigan wrote:Any chance for this in the future?
While making my last video I found two more big bugs, I dont know how long it will take to fox those. After then, I need to optimise it a bit more, make all the remaining sounds, write the manual, create the promo video, then update my website. I dont want to say any dates, but I believe it should not be too long now, maybe 2-3 month if everything goes well.

Take your time, rushing your product will not get you any benefit, and if you're doing the 64bit bridge thing, you've more reasons to be patient and polish as much as you canadamtrance wrote:Yes I plan to contact him to make a 64 bit bridged version. How about running multiple instances? And multiple instances in x64 daw?
IF I remember right, synthmaker products had some difficulties with that. Or was is synthedit? I do have somekind of memory marking that there were some tricks you had to do to be able to make a whole song with a synthmaker synth. Like copy the dll various times with ascending numebers etc.

Hm, I believe it was SE that had the multiple instances issue.
And I second the advice not to rush the release. The Ti has been around since 2005, so what's a few months more.

Where did you get this idea? Never heard about any problems with multiple instances o r Sythmaker or Synthedid pluins and there are thousands on the market.Lejurai wrote:How about running multiple instances? And multiple instances in x64 daw?

It was a SynthEdit bug, the only problem SynthMaker plugins had is high cpu consumption, but that's not really a problem anymore with newer computers.Lejurai wrote:How about running multiple instances? And multiple instances in x64 daw?

Its no 'idea', its a fact, and widely discussed. (google 'synthedit multiple instance' and you'll find countless references to it)DJ Warmonger wrote:Where did you get this idea? Early versions of Synthedit (pre v1.1 ?) produced plugins that could not coexist with other versions of the same plugin on multicore systems, unless they were run from uniquely renamed instances (eg seplugin1.dll, seplugin2.dll etc) .
If I remember rightly its because the .dll files were not properly reentrant.
