Experienced difficultly too until hunting down the video in this thread, thanks - essential viewing.
My licenses was requested from u-he website 20-032026. Mistaking the small preview image in the email intro covering the new License Card - ignoring the anonymous, oddly isometric skeuomorphic form - if downloaded then import attempted, each time it was rejected with activation failing.
My error was ignoring the handful of u-he serial numbers for items long since activated, listed below the email introduction, which led to me completely missing my actual custom License Card - a landscape format image attachment at the foot of the message, including username/account email.
On importing, this worked a charm, activating the plugin immediately. An example of my falling foul of more haste, less speed it seems, ironic after the development path of the plugin! So, thanks to the video , now Zebra 3 works, crackle free and soundis very fine.
