For just in case, I must inform in this topic, for possible future peoples from whom I'll buy anything:

I do not have the ability to pay the transfer commission (transfer fee) in my PayPal. Ie pays only the recipient.

This may seem ridiculous, but the fact is that in our country (Belarus) paypal works only in this way, at least at moment. Ie in my PP account i just not see such option (called "Friends & Family/Gift option" ?)

The PP by itself has officially come just recently into the country (about 2 year ago), and probably so some features are disabled. Thus also, for example, I can not get the money, only to send.

Honestly - I myself only recently found out about the transfer fee by accident.

I hope this does not cause resentment among potential sellers.
What regard to directly send money (in any popular currency) - everything is good and standard.
