Now that we have floating windows, would you like to have floating window support for UI other than the editor windows? Like Master Drum Sequencer, Mod Matrix, Arpeggiator, Sequencer, Layer FX? So basically the idea is to extend the existing UI with floating window(s) Would that improve the UX / workflow ? So far, the biggest criticism we get is the UX / workflow not fast.

I'm ok with it as long as the floating features can be individually turned on/off or locked. I'm not for or against any of it, as long as the options can be set an locked to whatever it is that we prefer.

If it's not too much trouble, any chance of getting the classic red silverado skin too? It needs a few legibility tweaks but I probably used that skin the most.

You can enable/disable floating windows from User Interface settings. By default, they are turned off.

BTW, to be able to use floating editor windows, you should turn on the setting under

Settings->User Interface

The Floating Windows checkbox is missing in all skins but the new gray skin. The pop up editor works in the others once enabled in the default skin, of course.

Yes I noticed that on MacOS (Windows is fine). will be releasing a new update for that

The latest versions of Synthmaster 3 are killing Cubase 14 Pro on my PC. It was all fine and dandy but then the project wouldn't load. I removed the VST3 from the VST3 folder and could then load my project. I replaced the Synthmaster 3 with a Synthmaster One to enable things to carry on.
I then tried the desktop version and it stated yet another new version so I downloaded and installed that. Cubase put it in the naughty bin when it scanned it on start up and ignoring that and loading it anyway sends Cubase to the desktop.
Not good.

I don't think the issue has to do with Cubase though. I just tested with Cubase 13, no issues so far.

Anyhow, could you please email me the log files at:

c:\users\public\public documents\synthmaster3\logs

These log files are the only way for us to figure out at which point during initialization the crash occurred

Not very difficult to do, but it takes time to change all of the gui elements, buttons etc. I can't promise a time frame but I will try

Hopefully, something can be done.
I didn't mention it is the VST3 version that does it, the VST2 may be ok. I'll try later.
