Yes! The Sample Player is here!! Right now it only handles WAV, AIFF and W4kSnd sets, but don't worry, more formats will be added soon.

February 21 2014 - Beta Version B0034

- New Module: !! Sample Player !! Currently (in this beta) it only loads WAV, AIFF and W4kSnd sets. We will add more formats soon, don't worry.

Each layer is linked to a file, but you can edit a layer and add/edit/delete zones and export to a W4kSnd (XML based) file. The sample player supports multi-layers and overlaping zones too. It has a Morphing option with the following options: Fade from one layer to the next, Fixed layer and Multi. The Multi allows you to select from just the first layer to all layers.
- Updated the Drawable OSC fonts to use the skin's font settings.
- Updated the Module SDK: new SpecialDataType::kGlobalFontDescription. The host will always send this in UTF8 format during Module INIT.

William, just to be sure I'm not missing anything - the MAC beta is at B0028 and the WIN beta is at B0034, correct?

But I still need to fix a small error in the sample player, I forgot to make paths relative, I will fix this in the next update.

- Clicking on the Maximize/Minimize Module Triangle will do just that, before you had to hold Ctrl or open the module menu.
- Fixed a problem with effects on the Master Layer.
- Updated several polyphonic modules for small bugs.

In this video we showcase the new visual for Wusik 4000 (the previous skin is still there, so we now have two skins to chose from), new Modules, the new Sample Player, Sequencer and More!

I did not include a voice-over here, as my MIC is busted and I need to find a new one. But still, you can hear the sound and see all the new things we have added to Wusik 4000.

We already filled download urls with a first V1 RC1. I'm still working on presets and also the MAC files.

Just checked back on this but can't download the beta versions - did the public beta end already?
I land on the wusik homepage, not in the download area?

Yes, the public beta is closed, now only those with a Wusik Membership or that had preordered can test.
