Crop loop inside sampler... Set a loop (or in out points) and right click on wave preview with option "crop to selection".
Also could I possibly zoom in and navigate directly on the wav instead of having to fiddle with the side scrol bar??? Either or both of these two things will make working with the Sampler a million times better... trying to scan through a long loop in there is a very hit and miss situation at the moment!!!

Now with 1.1 you can color your pads... (i use fxpansion geist alot, and there blue is kick snare is red hihat are yellow and perc are green.. I get used to it.

But wouldnt it be nice that when you fill in notes on the pianoroll that the note got the color of the pad that you draw in?

Yes, however, the point of this suggestion is not having the feature as a plugin but have it implemented as part of the standard operation of note editor. This can make a feature more accessible hence makes the platform more approachable to more audience. A case in the point thisis what made the feature so well known in Studio One.

1 - Zoom out...but really tiny tracks...for users with a small displays...
only 22 tracks on a 13'' display? come on...some of us uses more than 30 tracks per session...

There are alternative ways if you suck at knowing your scales

You can draw long notes on another track for each note of the scale, then use the multi layer editing to show the scales you should be using. Its best to lock the scale layer so it dims.

Alternatively, you can draw some notes on a track then switch the drum editing mode which only shows the notes used. You can even adjust the clip size in the editor to hide the scale note and then move the whole clip back in the timeline.

OK... I was using the diatonic transposer recently and was thinking... It would be awesome to be able to set the transpose on the midi (in) signal, so that the corrected notes would be recorded, not processed after the fact, instead of having to bounce the midi to another track... I do this so I can copy my midi to another track and play with the sequence... It got me thinking that a pre fader midi slot for instrument tracks would be awesome... Affecting the incoming midi, as opposed to post processing on the track. This could be an amazing new tool to utilise.

there is MIDI in/out plugin in the pizjuce https://code.google.com/p/pizmidi/downl ... 120111.zip package if u are using win, it needs only some virtual MIDI cable to able to route the MIDI signals from/to anywhere in BWS (just the channel number is fixed )

Thanks for posting this. I miss the scale functionality in Studio One, and this is a nice workaround.
