It is consistently an additional 10% off. I've had enough variety now to, I think, verify that.Nobdi wrote:Not a single one was lower than the "normal" discounted prices on everyplugin.comNumanoid wrote:Anybody get a no-brainer deal in Waves daily deals yet ?

everyplugin.com had a banner running on their site yesterday saying to contact them with the personal waves code - I took it to mean that they'd improve on the waves.com direct personal offer price. The banner linked to their normal contact page.Nobdi wrote:Not a single one was lower than the "normal" discounted prices on everyplugin.comNumanoid wrote:Anybody get a no-brainer deal in Waves daily deals yet ?

Just purchased the boxed version of Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Amazon for around $80 with tax. They only have the update on sale. I had been waiting for a great deal on this version as I didn't want to have to update my OSX version on my Mac.

Just clarifying: that price is for K10U Update from K8U or K9U.GoldieK wrote:Just purchased the boxed version of Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Amazon for around $80 with tax. Well, here's your answer: https://www.amazon.com/Native-Instrumen ... ate+updateEdSevered wrote:Just clarifying: that price is for K10U Update from K8U or K9U.GoldieK wrote:Just purchased the boxed version of Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Amazon for around $80 with tax. Now my question is, should I bother purchasing this or not? I have K9U. If I buy this, it'll give me K10U for basically $72 bucks. BUT, if they do their typical sale next month and offer K11U for $200, will that be from EITHER K9U or K10U and still be $200? IF so, then I'm just wasting $72 dollars, right?

You can use your voucher code on other vendors sites even after you used it on Waves.com.ghettosynth wrote:Yeah, I've already used my $10 coupon, are any vendors accepting those codes?systmu wrote:Ok That New Waves Grand piano sounds great and at $19 is a steaaaal.
Works on everyplugin and audiodeluxe.

I used a Waves survey code at AudioDeluxe to buy the H-Series bundle, a couple of days ago.ghettosynth wrote:Yeah, I've already used my $10 coupon, are any vendors accepting those codes?systmu wrote:Ok That New Waves Grand piano sounds great and at $19 is a steaaaal.

The bargain hunter in me really wanted to grab it. And probably if the una corda was in it, I might have done it anyway.Rational wrote:Well, here's your answer: https://www.amazon.com/Native-Instrumen ... ate+updateEdSevered wrote:Just clarifying: that price is for K10U Update from K8U or K9U.GoldieK wrote:Just purchased the boxed version of Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Amazon for around $80 with tax. Sigh. So hard to let such a good deal go.

Of course, but whether or not this matters to you depends on how long you can put it off. I paid $99 to upgrade my Reaktor 5 to 6 as soon as I learned about it. I will eventually buy a version of komplete that has R6, so, in some sense, I wasted money. That said, there's absolutely no way that I regret it because I love Reaktor and I've probably used R6 more than any other plugin.Rational wrote:Well, here's your answer: https://www.amazon.com/Native-Instrumen ... ate+updateEdSevered wrote:Just clarifying: that price is for K10U Update from K8U or K9U.GoldieK wrote:Just purchased the boxed version of Komplete 10 Ultimate Update from Amazon for around $80 with tax. So, that's the kind of thought process you have to gamble with. I would ask myself, if I had one of the U's, could I go another year or two with K10 and wait for the next cycle. If so, then there's your answer. It will be cheaper to get K10U and get on the even number update cycle.
I like to spread out my updates so as to maximize my value. I might upgrade my K9 to K11 on sale, I might just wait for K12 because, well, I have R6 already and I can live without the other stuff.
YMMV and all that.

I have 9U, so it's really just the pianos from 9 to 10. If I wait for a good sale on 11U I can get the orchestra stuff. Though really, I only need woodwinds. But it also has the una corda piano. There's other stuff, but those are the things that would make it worthwhile to me.
