Shame. But I was very surprised to see that first price as Waves have had huge discounts on everything except the SSL bundle, that is their golden child from the looks of it. It's the only one that's not in Mercury I think as well.

I first didn't see it either but just now, 5 minutes ago, got an email from Arturia and there it was. So I guess a bit patience will help.

Nah, I expect the offer applies to those who own the V-collection.

I bought one of their hybrid synths last year, have become used to be treated badly by Arturia. Controller not working properly with software, so what do they do? Offer no fix, but issue a new product instead, while not including punters in upgrade deals like this

Analog Laboratory is the old software that was not working properly with the hybrid machinery, the new software that is replacing that is Minilab/Analoglab.
