WAVES SSL 4000 BUNDLE 144 $

Also with upgrade options if you own the single E and/or G channels.
I had both, upgrade to full bundle cost me about $91 / 82€ with CK901 code.
i am in the same position having got both channels when on sale . Having long used up my demo; it was the bus compressor i zeroed in on way back when , which was a useful sounding device.
I am now wondering if the Channel G eq can be duplicated using the Channel by simply turning 'off' the dynamic section, or am I missing something?
Please, are there specific advantages (or disadvantages) from having both the devices, in the experience of members who own the bundle ?

Anyone know what the WUP is for individual Waves SSL E and G channel plugins? The WUP for my SSL 4000 collection is currently $225.

Uh oh. Looks like a Image-Line's hammer is dropping:

I've had it for years, and it's rock solid. Not being developed further, but they still update all their plugins when maintenance updates (for OSs and DAWs). Does what it says on the tin and and is an absolute go-to for me. Re CPU hit... I've not noticed, which to my mind says it's nominal (YMMV, i7 2600 setup).

Any thoughts on this Sonar version ? Is it worth the try or too crippled to be usable ???
Certainly worth trying if you have a touchscreen. They are working on a Mac version, too. Rapture is excellent by any measure.
They quit on the Mac version. Turned out there was no easy way to change the coding. But it does work well with touchscreen.

Could be somebody having a joke, impersonating Image Line Legal ?

So I pulled the pin and bought Amplitube Max and I have to say, so far I am really impressed. I was just wondering what, in the IKM library/custom shop is not actually included in the max package?

300 dollaroos to upgrade from a bundle I bought a month ago- Seriously, Izotope? Plus, even if I were to upgrade now I'd end up paying more than If just bought MPB3 at retail price.

Cheaper at some retailers. If you don't have to pay VAT, it is around 260 at Time and Space.

Oh no, wait. Got the bundle thing wrong. Of course it's like a whole new product now ("suite").

Thanks for the info! Tbh, I was mainly using the Buss compressor so don't have much experience with the other plugins in the bundle.

Anything that was released post-Max. IIRC that's Fender 2, Ampeg SVX 2 and the Fulltone Collection.
