I have the Korg Legacy Collection, trying to migrate to their new servers has been a total pain so far, I keep getting error messages. I will wait until they have their servers working properly.

Is there a new copy protection mechanism that it's easier to handle? Like when re-installing the OS and stuff like this?

A "very" important one - this runs in "real" OSes (like Windows, for example)Leichenschmaus wrote:Are there important differences to the iOS app?

Thanks for the heads up, and tips (for those who posted about licensing / downloading, etc...
I have all the existing legacy instruments, but went ahead and plucked down the $49.99 in order to pick up Odyssey. It wasn't totally necessary, since I have the iOS version connected through my DAW / system already - but it will be more convenient than hanging my iPad off the system. Also nice to be able to show support for Korg, as I've been using the Legacy Collection for years.
Patches / controls seem identical with very few (minor) differences between the two versions (Mac/iOS). The iOS version has the two X/Y Pads though.

Then, I guess you have to send the e-mail you got with your serial, and that screenshot, to the Support, and ask where did your serial got used. Weird scene...topaz wrote:you mean on https://id.korg.com ?fmr wrote:This seems like a case for support. Did you visit your Profile page? Are the products listed there?

I can't complete the purchase process, I can't reach the checkout without getting errors... I guess the servers are being hammered with requests right now (I can understand that...); anyway the site doesn't seem very solid...
I'll try again later, when hopefully a lot of people will be sleeping...

Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.
