I still have it installed here, but am using newer synths lately. I wouldn't mind seeing a revamped version of it.

I remember Loomer's Aspect, but not Alchemy, unless you meant Camel Audio's Alchemy?

Try to recreate the flange bass patch in Dune 1 in Dune 2 or 3. Won't get close.

Yes - that one. Have a go at it - but now that i think on it - I believe I modifed that patch and it sounded incredibly dope - but could not get it to sound identical in Dune 3. I'll post the patch if I can remember, but not in this thread as it's off topic. Go to thread I made on this and I'll "proof" my point - though facts alone SHOULD be enough on this.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You are a 'sound designer' who sells soundsets... and you cannot reproduce this? Its (from last night's memory) a couple of saw waves, 24db filter and a touch of distortion/flanger. Took me 2 minutes to replicate it in D3.

I was hoping it was going to be a complex patch, a challenge, but no.

Let me pull a seafire on ya - Hypersonic 2 does have an update Hypersonic 3 via Halion Sonic

But I definetely second this. Though, 80% of what makes it special is probably due to the patches of big tone imo.

Not a VST, but I really like to have Propellerheads Reason from the old testament back. I never bouth it, but always considered this closed environment concept (no rack extensions) much more appealing.

Oops. I meant Architect (as a joke). All the mentions of Alchemy got my mind warped.
I think I'm the lone ranger regarding Camel Audio. I had all their plugs and yeah I dug em but i don't miss them.
