Yeah, that's because the solution center is a 3rd-party company.
But they don't reply anymore to tickets.
If you didn't collect it by yourself in papallel also all collected customer data is lost, the whole purchase history.
Digital River / MyCommerce have gone forever. And with them all data and all our not-paid money.

Autodesk chose Cleverbridge Gmbh as the replacement for DR:

Personally I am allergic now for any partnership with Gmbh.

How is a GmbH different to a LLC in the US?
e.g. "Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring"

Looks like disgusting attempt to present situation as honest misfortune.
I guess it is necessary to have list of profiles on LinkedIn and Xing for all DR directors and those who participated in conversations with vendors since July 1, scrap their contacts network and send to every contact InMail with warning to stay away from thieves.

I have another tax question about PayPro Global. As a German company, I received a credit note from Digital River for our tax authorities. This also contained the "German" sales tax amount that "I" transferred to the authorities. This is different with the "MoR" Paypro Global, as it directly pays the sales amounts in the individual countries itself. I only receive a monthly net amount transferred to my German account and receive an "Acceptance Letter" for this. Do you also receive a kind of credit note or something like that from PayPro Global in addition to this "Acceptance Letter"? Or how does that work? Do I have to post the income as a reverse charge entry or how should I treat it for tax purposes in Germany? It would be great if you could give me some information about this. Because my tax advisor in Germany is also unsure how to treat it.

For 2checkout (Netherlands) and FastSpring (USA) we get a report each month about the payout, which we take as a reverse invoice. Money arrives without VAT, so be book it as VAT free sale. No problems.

I have a question.
For banks, they are regulated by FDIC and my funds are protected by FDIC.
For brokers such as InteractiveBrokers, they are regulated by SEC and my funds are protected by SIPC.
For other finance institutions, they also have regulations and protections. For example, Airwallex is regulated by state licenses at https://www.airwallex.com/us/state-licenses. And they have protections to keep my funds safe: https://help.airwallex.com/hc/en-gb/art ... money-safe
Then for e-commerce platforms like Digital River, or others we are currently using, such as FastSpring, PayPro Globa, BMT Micro, etc., are there also such regulations, protections or insurances to protect the vendors' money safe?
If there are NO regulations or protections for e-commerce platforms, how dare me to keep the funds there in the future?
Thanks
