I will also buy the ampsim plugin that sounds this good, granted it's less than a decent amp.

If this is truly done, why don't you get it out there and then make incremental improvements to it? Why keep everyone waiting and risk A2 coming out and people making up their mind to buy it (if its good) and then not having enough left over to buy this?
