I was trying to point out the BS rationalization about their absurdly long development time, being due to their careful attention to releasing bug free software.
You think there were alot of bugs in the 3.0 release? Compared to what other company?

Dude, it's just a software company, not a godammned motherfucking religion.

You follow the reason threads pretty "religiously" yourself, John. I see you post in almost every reason thread that's created

Your point didn't make sense to me considering they have very few bugs on ANY release that I'm aware of. Still doesn't, but that's cool.

People who persecute religions get arrested under race-hate laws, anti-terrorism, etc.

I wonder what is the equivalent for somebody who relentlessly persecutes a software company and their customers?

Oh yeah? Well I don't know what country you live in, but in the US, If you regularly and effectively persecute Muslims, you get your own talk show and several million bucks a year.

Go figure.

ILIO is using that space this time.
That's odd they aren't showing.

Not really. It just doesn't make sense to promote stuff that isn't finished yet. :-)
I can understand why though... these shows cost a fortune and they do take up a lot of resources.
Time is really the issue.

NAMM/Musikmesse takes a huge amount of time away from the important development we are doing. At this point for Spectrasonics, it's way better for our customers if we stay "locked in the lab" this time.

I've done 27 NAMM shows now, so sitting one out isn't too bad. We'll be back. :-)

We'll definitely miss seeing all you guys though. Have a great show Dave! :-)

All the best,

27 Namm shows. I even remember coming to see you at the Roland booth. Well, your logic makes sense. We went the other way (3 times larger and other assorted madness) but of course it is a major interruption as it always is. I like NAMM... but this is only my 18TH! Haha. Give me 9 more and I may want to sit it out too.

Thanks Eric. The ILIO booth looks really cool. Will you be coming by at all? If so come visit us in booth 6331.

I'd be happy if someone announces a vsti version of Synton Syrinx or of RSF Cobol ...
And i wouldn't mind a vsti version of a drum/bass/chords accompaniment module to use in any host/sequencer i want ...
