I'm wondering if others are still seeing this, or if I've corrupted my presets by importing them from the very first Zebralette 3 beta?
Did you maybe save those presets with the "PreListen" button active?
In the next update that button's state will no longer be saved with presets, as it's a tool used during sound design. It's not intended to be used to shape the final sound of a preset.

Importing presets from Zebralette 3 might be another reason for issues, as the Zebralette preset import feature is still work in progress.

Ive just downlaoded and installed Zebralette. When opening in Cubase on Mac the bottom row containing the modulation matrix and keys is missing. Ive clicked on everything to see if it hiding somewhere. Is that a glitch? Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Sounds very unusual. Yes, try completely uninstalling, then reinstall.
Uninstall instructions can be found in the support section.

MPE doesn't seem to be saved in the patch. Is it intended ? If so, the MPE features in browser has little sens.

Saving MPE with preset would make many presets unusable for non-MPE controllers, and most presets can still be used with MPE even if they are not specifically set up for it.

Therefor, if you have MPE, set it up once, browse the presets and stay in MPE mode. If you don't have MPE, all presets still work without.

The MPE tag is just a hint that those presets have been optimised for some controllers, e.g. like when we released banks specifically for Osmose.
