Ordered and waiting. Hope I get to sequence with this over the weekend.

Good luck with the product. It surely represents a lot of work offered at a reasonable price.

Oh, I'm so torn...

I love the sound of this library.

But I don't play my own real bass enough anymore!

Do I *really* need another reason for my poor Ibanez to gather more dust? :hihi:

I feel your pain. I justify this sort of thing by acknowledging that I often have to put away compositions for long periods of time and have a horrible technical memory when it comes to remembering how to play parts. So I depend on the sequencer to remember my ideas for me. Having a good set like this just makes that compromise more convincing. Plus I can sequence things that I wouldn't play due to lack of ability or lack of time to practice and record actual parts.

Yeah, I second that reason, among others. Or how about:

I don't want to lug my bass in to work; so having a super-realistic bass here is a godsend (like a business man at a trade show can tell if the bass is "real" or not!), and even though I would say I'm a reasonably good live bass player, I can program a much smoother player with good samples/sequencer, without wasted hours of recordig time and HD space.

I just put in my order for UBK, got the download link instantly! Thanks! Downloading/biting nails now...
