hah I wish. I'd get a sub in an instant. Or if they at least it prorated based on the amount of plugins you own. 49 euros is just too much. maybe at the very least if it was also $49 usd. Yes I understand you get a lot but when other manufactureres are much much cheaper.mgw38 wrote:Does not work on subscription cost, understandably but unfortunately.VariKusBrainZ wrote:It might even work towards the subscription cost, who knows
Use it on any of the already discounted plugins and get them even cheaper![]()
MELDA9346328
I mean if you are renting to own whats the difference if it's $49 or $29 you'll still have to pay the same amount in the end just will take longer *shrug*

Guess I was lucky that I got in early and got the Creative Bundle for Eur60 at the beginning, bought some more plugins on sale over the years and then upgraded to complete during the last big sale for Eur250.mgw38 wrote:That is very true...systmu wrote:I mean if you are renting to own whats the difference if it's $49 or $29 you'll still have to pay the same amount in the end just will take longer *shrug*
So basically spread the payment over 7 years

They've now removed CrowdChoir. I'm guessing it's because 100% of the price is donated to charity. So getting it free with $30 voucher defeats that. A good and quick move from Soniccouture.Fleer wrote:Check your mailbox. Soniccouture is issuing $30 coupons. Got that CrowdChoir for free plus two selected freebies. Sweet.

Smashed the buy button on this. I've been enjoying Christian's vlogs on YouTube and had been thinking about buying one or two of the Labs offerings to show some support.VariKusBrainZ wrote:Spitfire Labs Audio Labs

I can't justify splashing out on any of their main offerings just yet considering how little I use this stuff but this one was a no-brainer for me.

I bought the AIR Music Tech DB-33 from JRR Shop a couple of weeks ago.
When I downloaded and installed, there were no presets showing up in the instrument. (I'm on Logic 10.3.13/OSX 10.12)
I've written to AIR support twice and received no response -- other than an auto-response promising to get back to me in 2 business days. Didn't happen. And their site -- and system to contact support was dysfunctional and extremely frustrating. (Ultimately it would only allow me to contact sales support -- but still I didn't hear back.)
I'm going to PM Uncle E -- just to see if he can be of any help in connecting me -- but 1) I thought perhaps someone here might've experienced the same problem and have a suggestion and 2) I like to alert the community when a company is apparently has non-existent support and is non-responsive.

I've not had this problem but the presets are stored as regular files. They should be in a Presets folders under /Applications/AIR Music Technology/DB-33/
If they are there, check the permissions on the Presets folder. Mine are set at 777 (which basically means accessible to all). If they're set to something else, it's possible the plugin can't get to them because the OS is blocking access, which I imagine would stop them showing up.
