About Buddha, he never made a statement on the existence or non-existence of God(s). He was trying to give a foundation from which that realization could occur. How can a buch of corrupt, neurotic, selfish, dysfunctional idiots even begin to fathom God even if he spoke directly to them? Look how Jews argure over the Torrah? Look at all the sects and divisions in every major religion.
Anyway, Buddha's teaching were pretty agnostic. You don't have to be a theist or atheist to benefit from them. You could even be a Christian of course Christianity probably wouldn't agree). He was something like a psychiatrist.
Maybe I'm just blind......

The irony is that satanism which teachs self interest (god is self etc..) is closer to the original teachings of Christ than the person who calls themselves Christian today.

a beuatfull releigen that i studdyed when i was 16 & homeless in centrell london (i even chanted with the girl from allo allo that says "listen verry cearfully, i will say this only once") that chant "nam yo ho reng gay quo" (sorry again for shitty spelling) it means somthing like "i devote myselfe to the wonderfull truth" & teaches us that in this life we are our own god
I worry however, that when you talk about "trying to walk with god" you send the wrong message: some young kid that respects you might mis-interpret that as endorsment of organised religion, and end up brain-washed by the wrong people..

okay guys time to play "spiritual tetris" take all of your boxed thoughts and create "lines". Once the lines are connected, you will be one step towards enlightenment. If you get a tetris (5 lines of all your boxed thoughts fitting together) you will be rewarded with spiritual "points" where you can find a path to the true tracktion flanger

Of all the world's religions, I have the most affinity for Buddhism, which should be no surprise. I just don't like that it's become a systemized religion.
Sure, you're able to pursue your own path to enlightenment, but does that make you a Buddhist? Do most westerners understand the abandoning of self that's required for the brand of enlightenment encouraged by Buddha? We all have a Buddha nature, but it's mighty difficult to adopt an eastern approach to a universal ideal. Buddha himself might agree that I'm better off with the path I've chosen. On the other hand, he would CERTAINLY agree that I'm still far too materialistic to ever hope for the kind of enlightenment he found.

THATS what im talking about-- except they have boundaries. nothing should have boundaries our minds have been taught to have that, imagine those shapes being akin to swirling water, or smoke, or tree branches, with no border but growing larger each time that is God's order. We see that shape everywhere, call it whatever you wish but I call it this. That is the key behind everything. Just thought of that a few weeks ago on the bus.
