I have to say I'm digging both the look and the sound, and second the notion that it's got to be the best sounding, most hardware-like softsynth on the market all of a sudden. Not that anything sucked before, but I just love the way it breaks up now with those filters...it really rides that line of almost-distortion perfectly.

My personal UI suggestion would just be a color tint to the silver areas, kind of anodized aluminum, maybe a hair more like graphite than stainless. And I say this only as something that would be a nice option, because I'm really happy with the new look. Love the more-spaced-out knobs and logical rearrangement of things like OSC.

Very cool update, quality and versatility of sound is even more impressive than before!

(But still no ratio-based tuning in the OSC and FMO modules...)
If you like 80s retro sounds, check out my latest tune…

Yes. I pm'ed you when I recieved it, last month.
It works great, and I can use a lot more software using 10.4.
I was gonna upgrade memory too, but it's only until December, to get a new mac book pro.
Thanks a lot for the disk too. I appreciate it.

Vectorman wrote:I think for a skin with color-coded modules, I'd almost prefer having a more understated way of color-coding things than having the entire modules be starkly different colors...just a little too gaudy and cartoonish for me. It might not be so bad having them be different colors if the modules had elegant background textures like the Uhbiks maybe, but I don't know that I really want to look at a GUI that looks like a patchwork quilt or a Fisher Price toy, LOL.
I completely disagree with you. The Unempty Darkhorse skin looks very clean and professional while at the same time being colorful and interesting to look at. Not to mention the colors make it easier to locate modules and to see at a glance what's going on in a patch.

does not work here. I tried deleting all previous zebra files, and installing 2.5, but FL says, plugin will not open... reinstalling 2.3 works fine. I guess I will waitr for the win installer to be done.
Qw, music from twelve weeks in quarantine is now streaming on spotify and bandcamp. This is a collaboration with the the smallest of worlds VR art project, that documents our living spaces in times of isolation. You can join their project here.

I have a similar problem but with reaper :( :help:

Everything good with REAPER 3 here. But I wiped out everything from both <Program Files>\u-he and my plugin location related to Zebra2 before reinstalling.

It crashed when trying to put all content under zebra.data in the plugin directory. Is the real installer (that can put everything in the plugin folder) being soon made available in a beta?

Thanks,
Mario

Do you have a non-SSE2 machine? I thought I uploaded a version which switches to fallback routines...

Hmmm... Reaper says it can't even open it?

Hallo Urs,
did you changed the VST ID in the latest beta ?
Kore 2 doesn't "see" Zebra 2. So I will lost all my work in Kore 2.

No, I didn't.

It's always been tricky with Kore. You have to delete a certain file. Check this thread:
