There was also an audio demo that went around too, I thought there were two so sorry if I said there were two of those.

We do have an upright bass from SampleTank 3, with the brand new ConvoRoom effect (only in SampleTank 3) in one of the five insert effect slots today (and I did push for more than the one audio demo and I know I have one more video I can add with the next category). ConvoRoom is a great effect, that's one I hope people get a chance to check out more once we release since you'd need to get your hands on it for the best experience.


(Also yes, that long sentence was intentionally long and I know I really couldn't hold a candle to the great Gabriel Garcia Marquez. )

What i DON'T comprehend is why you keep diverting people to your forums, when the main gripe (and possibly the only remaining gripe) against you with regard to all of this is not dealt with properly there either. 16 pages of what ?? One audio demo though not in this thread, the SampleTank 3 YouTube playlist has six public videos (but also not all posted in this thread), and we are on target for the mid-2014 release timeframe as I asked just today to be sure. Not contradicting you, I'm just adding what information I have up to this moment. There really is not much more we can add right now about pricing aside from the previously-stated 60% of the original price and that upgrades will be as low as $99.99. I'll check if anything more can be added along the way, though.

Internally/personally I'm up to build xx (can't really reveal that) and it works and sounds great at this time, and I'm hoping we keep pushing forward. At this point we've stated we won't rush it at the expense of having major issues, but I do look forward to it moving forward at an accelerated rate because it is quite excellent and anticipated.

I believe it was in at least one other screenshot but I had to explicitly point it out because these are apparently just 3D renders of instruments and adding nothing else I hope it makes it to T-RackS AND AmpliTube, personally, but I do not know of any plans for that at this time.

Sorry just got word on that, and it is not likely, sorry. Snow Leopard is four major versions back from the latest OS X version. We'll be supporting Lion as the earliest compatible version of OS X.

Out of curiosity, is there a way to turn the photos off in STank3 and just see the info? They're pretty and all, but superfluous and can even be distracting in the long run. Plus, I'm wondering how many MB do each one of these take up?

Yes, that is what was shown in a previous screenshot (PLAY page with the parts, sliders, meter, etc). I have no idea how much space these take up but it will pale in comparison to the sounds.

We're going to start showing some drums, so today we have a Brush Kit which is an acoustic drum kit from SampleTank 3 with Black 76 on one of the five insert effects and quite nice articulations available.

There are flam and rimshot articulations in the top octave as well as hat and snare articulations in the bottom octave, making this a very realistic and playable set.

Are you just trying to generate some hype by showing pictures but not much for sounds? I'm just wondering. Pictures look great, but we all know how it sounds matters more.
