Yeah, all that done, not quite doing this for the first time, as mentioned. As said, they don´t give any reason why they can´t include the license to the mail, and as said, their commucation frequency seems to be once/two or more days. :!:
If their server-automation fails, but they can get through messages via email, a basic customer service is a) send customers license manually, include that to the mail, b) fix their server/or inform customer.
None of that happened.

What pisses me most, is the overall lazyness and unwillingnes to serve. I can forgive a lot, but not that.

I'm sorry, should I make a thread then? "$20 voucher for your referral email"?
Not sure. Sometimes there will be a thread such as "<company name> referrals here" where everyone can post their link or what not in it.

Fabfilter, Melda, and others have the same type of referral discount for their customers so the idea is not to have tons of people posting those in the main bargain threads.

And if it does, I assure you, it won't be your last. I have everything except Kwaya (and that is on my list for the next sale).

Harry_HH wrote:My last purchase (not the latest but the last one ever) from the AudioDeluxe.

After spending not-that-little money over several years, I purchased last week the SigMod, but never got the license.
I have send several emails to AudiDeluxe, and finally got an answer, where AudioDeluxe claimed, that they have sent the license, but my mail doesn´t work. The very same mail to where he sent that message, and which is in my address in the AudioDeluxe account!
They should be able to re-send the licence via support shouldn't they? Did they give a reason why they can't. It's not as if it's unusual for emails to go astray.

Also, have you looked in your account on the website? My last order (at least) has a licence code stored along with the invoice.

However, it's entirely feasible for emails from the same place to not make it through routinely when others do. I had a situation like this with Plugin Alliance some time ago. I got the sales emails but support emails never made it. I wound up having to change the email address on my account to a backup because Dirk wouldn't believe this was possible.

What happens is that the licences may come from a different server and IP address to that used for other purposes because that's where the automated software runs. Your ISP may be blocking that address, possibly because it's been temporarily blacklisted, while emails from the same company make it through unhindered. In PA's case, it looked as though their SPF setting were messed up, at least for a while, but they wouldn't take any notice.

The server that's sending AudioDeluxe's licences appears to be mailgun.net looking at my last order. Is this the same one as that used by customer service?
Similar thing happened with my last two orders from AD. One was for the JST V30 Impulses where I never got the initial email and another time where I ordered two Waves plugins and only got the serial for one. They did managed to resend the JST email and then granted me a new reg code for both the Waves plugins I ordered. There is definitely something goofy going on with their system.

Hmmmm thx. Was thinking about getting it. Seems imma pass. Still it would be about 60 bucks less atm but nahhh e.g. 30% off era2 would be even less. How well are their Sales? .

Someone mentioned in these pages the present Breeze 2 sale. That led me checking other 2CAudio plugins, as well. Not the Breeze 2 but the Aether is really something new for those, who own several reverbs.

It depends on your needs. Not everyone needs the stuff that is added in Era 2. For those looking for a good entry point in the Tarilonte libraries, it's a really great library.

I had Era 1, upgraded later to Era 2, but would still be happy with V1 only.

It would have been nice if VSTBuzz offered an upgrade deal to Era 2 and to Era 2 Vocal Codex, but it's still a good deal.

Just checked seems at bf discount was 30% off. I dunno if it applies to upgrades too. Does someone know?

260 bucks - 30% = 178 bucks.

So getting it for 84 euro + 92 upgrade = 176 euro is cheaper atm if 30% is not 0 on upgrade

I own both. 99% of the time I use Breeze 2, it's not far off Aether, especially considering the light CPU tax.
The depth of Aether is stunning though. I'm hoping Aether 2 is half the CPU also, and cheap to upgrade.

If anyone wants the $20 discount, PM me your email and i'll refer you.
Breeze 2 for $55 if i'm not mistaken. Killer verb, seriously.

Breeze 2 is awesome in its own. It sounds very smooth and has a great functional interface. Have not seen a reverb done like this before, at least nothing that I own and for $55 it's actually a no brainer.
