The track is called "Lady From Jupiter"

We've started with making some nice sounds. Then we focused on drum and percussion sounds. Added some strings, leadsounds and fx and started with arranging and mixing.
We've put it away for some days and composed, mixed and arranged again.
Then mastered it with jsCompShaper, 10EQ, Loudmax, W1. That's it.

Cheers,

Solidtrax
Easy going but very groovy. I like that. Very relaxing. Good sounds, too.
Cool to see a colaboration. How many people are you?

Thanx a lot. I was just looking through the Soundcloud howto's to find out how to do that. Am I just dense these days or is this Soundcloud thingy super unintuitive? Oh boy, ... :?

Well, once you get accustomed to it, there won't be more problems, you will see. ;)

January will be another month with tough votes... :-o

I just shared my first OSC track, it is called "Resonant Sea".

Your comments are greatly appreciated!

Hey Orville,

I like that robo rock feeling. To me that sounds and feels somewhere between japanese SciFi (I almost expect Godzilla to show up!) and Kraftwerk. Very cool. Good sounds in there. :)

Retro future electronic rock! I like that. Good sound, too. :)

Good luck to everyone!
Hi Mawa,

I like your mix of styles! Very stylish. Cool 80ies synth pop feeling overall with those little bits and quotes here and there. Good composition, good sound(s) and good production. :)

Hi Chacka,
thank you very much for your kind words. Indeed the BR Spacenight soundtracks are still my favourite cds.
When i have sobered up tomorrow  i'll look into how i've done the choir. I think it's a heavily tweaked preset (at the end of the track). In the middle of the track two similar pads were layered. This kind of sound was very easy to create with old Roland synths (even D50 and D10), but was almost impossible to do with other digital synths. The only thing i know for sure is that the choir sounds much better in draft mode. Perhaps some aliasing dirt from the Juno filters at high resonance?

Then i have to take much time to listen to all other tracks carefully. Just had a quick listen. Great tracks so far.

Oki doki, must get ready to celebrate now.

@ Chacka again:
think it's better when you leave your comments on the tracks on soundcloud so everybody can read them.

Thanks Chacka, we're with two.

Btw, It was very nice to build all the presets from scratch, since 360 didn't have any ;-)
