one request;
I would love to see a free running option for the Shape Sequencers. I don't always want sequencers to be retriggered.

+1
And free running LFOs speed adjustment in general. everything seems to be locked on sync values like 1/4 and so on. Maybe I am missing something.
The update in general is great and I got only two wishes left.
Audio Rate LFOs
X-modulation / Ring modulation and other cool stuff to modify OSC 1 via OSC 2. Hive is lacking those options totally and so a lot potential still stays untouched.
And now I am dreaming a bit:
Could this maybe possible... program HIVE with all kind of crazy modulation. Play the sound on the note of C and have some kind of recording mode going on so that Hive automatically converts the sound as a usable wavetable. That would be AWESOME!

You can set them to 0.1, 1 and 10 sec. speeds. These aren't locked synced valuesnichttuntun wrote: Mon May 27, 2019 10:19 am +1

Is it normal that the delay effect always sounds diffused/chorused even when the diffusion parameter is all the way to the left/off?

Yes, it was a conscious decision to leave some "wow" and imprecision in the standard delay settings. However, you can make the delay sound more precise/robotic if you want: check out the mod matrix preset "09 UnWow the Delay" (you might have to adjust those settings according to the BPM of your song).Yorrrrrr wrote: Mon May 27, 2019 1:50 pm Is it normal that the delay effect always sounds diffused/chorused even when the diffusion parameter is all the way to the left/off?

Great video. Voice of Viktor is pleasing and clear. On par with Dan Worrall. And the explanations are clear enough for an intro video. Though I personally need some in-depth videos for Function Generators and Shape Sequencer stuff (especially the FGs), not sure if I've completely grasped the concept of them..

Okay, modwheeling position inside a scale-tied arp... mind successfully blown.
I‘m mostly a preset-adjusting (ruining) composer so - does any other synth do that?
