No time to play it yet, but hopefully soon.
I have a “small” module shuffle to complete later. It only takes a long time if I decide I don’t like the flow as much as I did in modulargrid!

even sliding nuts arent a problem (except the whole 2.5m business).

Yeah this one is crazy with possibilities. Not even trying to hype this one up.

My Erae Touch 2 arrived, and its about 100 times better than the previous one, and that was already great. The stiff surface is as good as the LinnStrument one and the resolution is now sufficient for a LinnStrument layout with approximately the same size as the LinnStrument pads...
There are some issues with the software/firmware, but nothing that would be a deal breaker and nothing that couldn't be fixed...
I am more than happy...

Just got the SP-404mk2. I'm new to this kind of thing so there's a bit of a learning curve, but I like it a lot so far.

I just got a nice contact microphone for field recording, sound effects, and general sonic mayhem.
I guess now would be a good time to gather some materials to make a DIY noisebox.
If interested, you can find more info about the mic at this link: Cortado MKIII Contact Mic

I have yet to use the contact mic I got in September because I don’t just want to put it in the sink or something unoriginal.McLilith wrote: Fri Feb 21, 2025 7:35 pm I just got a nice contact microphone for field recording, sound effects, and general sonic mayhem.![]()

Way back when we had a basement band with a bunch of friends. One friend had something of a halitosis problem. He was singing into another friend's mic for some time. When the other friend went to sing, it was pretty much, well, not a realistic proposition, shall we say. I think it's fair to say that the mic became a no-contact mic from that point forward.Constructed Identity wrote: Fri Feb 21, 2025 10:29 pmI have yet to use the contact mic I got in September because I don’t just want to put it in the sink or something unoriginal.McLilith wrote: Fri Feb 21, 2025 7:35 pm I just got a nice contact microphone for field recording, sound effects, and general sonic mayhem.![]()
